Rodi Guidero
Rodi brings extensive legal and investment experience to his position as General Counsel for the firm. Prior to joining the firm, Rodi served as the General Counsel of VantagePoint Venture Partners, a global venture capital firm. In that role, he was responsible for the execution of VantagePoint's investments and managing its legal affairs as well as serving on several private company boards. Prior to VantagePoint, Rodi served as the Associate General Counsel of E*TRADE Group, Inc., where he focused his attention on strategic investments, acquisitions and the formation of E*TRADE's first dedicated venture capital fund. Rodi began his career as a business and technology attorney at Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison, a leading law firm noted for its expertise in representing technology companies. In that role he represented numerous private and public companies, venture capital investors and investment banks in a wide variety of public and private fund raising and sales transactions.
Rodi holds a JD from Stanford Law School and a BA from the University of Washington.
